Geoff is equally passionate about Melbourne: he really enjoys its multicultural identity, its Arts, its changing seasons and its pre-eminence as the sports capital of Australia. When not hosting cycling tours, Geoff may well be found somewhere on a bike exploring and discovering within Australia or some other exotic location in other parts of the world, or, equally, heading to the Melbourne’s wonderful sports precinct to enjoy international sports events such as the Australian Tennis Open, Cricket or Australia’s unique code of football.
Rick loves staying active: whether it is sailing, golf, 2 or 3 day bike rides or especially showing off the city of Melbourne to our visitors. Rick loves what Melbourne has become: upbeat, vibrant and multi-cultural. We are blessed with cuisine from all around the world and the best coffee in Australia. His family has lived here since the 1850s. Rick is intrigued by the way Melbourne developed into one of the world’s great cities in its first 50 years. Having lived overseas and travelled extensively, he still calls Australia home. Come and experience his enthusiasm. Rick is an accredited tour guide and is an active member of the Professional Tour Guide Association of Australia.
Trine has called Melbourne home for most of her life, apart from a period of time living several years in Sydney. She took off at a young age to explore the world. Her adventurous spirit took her to many far off places, including six months hiking around Africa. These days, she likes to keep her travels closer to home. Melbourne and the State of Victoria are her passion. Its rich history and culture have become her major interest having discovered her forebears were among the early pasturalists. Her spare time is spent discovering new points of interest, off the beaten track. Her many years in the communications industry have served her well to move into tour guiding. When not taking tours, Trine loves bush walking, golf, theatre and the arts, coffee and of course, cycling!
